Pirates Getting Publicity They Never Dreamed Of

Pirates had been getting lots of press but lately the sexiness has dwindled.

Thank the Creator that accountants and preparers of SEC filings don't care if a story is hot or not.

Footnoted.org, famous for finding the strangest of strange in the minuate of Enron Beelzebub, found some interesting adverse affects to all this raping and pillaging.

"Over the past two months, shipping companies seem to be rediscovering piracy, or at least noting it as one of the many risks they face in their filings."

All automatic weapons, hostages, and eye patches aside, this is pretty awesome. Increased insurance costs, security detail, all these new risk and potential expenses all due to some fishermen in a crappy two-person boat with guns that hardly work.
