Convicted Qwest CEO Wants the Whole Case Thrown Out Just 'Cus

In a story that falls under the "No One Gives a Damn Anymore" section, Joe Nacchio's attorneys are now saying he should have never been tried in the first place.

Nacchio was convicted in 2007 of 19 counts of insider trading and after a three judge panel on the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 to overturn the conviction, until the full appeals court ruled 5-4 for the conviction to stand. UGH.

Tramp really doesn't understand the problem. Nacchio was found NOT GUILTY on 23 counts. I'd say that getting nailed on less than half is pretty damn good and now you're just pushing it buddy, because let's face it, you're slimy.
